ABOUT RACHEL
After her own transformative journey, Rachel trained as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) specializing in special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and behavioral support. She has over a decade of experience working closely with children in a 1:1 capacity as well as with full classes, providing individualized support and creating custom resources to address each child's unique needs. Her empathy and dedication have improved countless outcomes for children facing behavioral, mental health, and educational challenges.

I’m thrilled to join Ashley and the Resilient Kid team to create positive change for our future generations. Every child has a voice, whether or not they have the words, and each one deserves to be heard, understood, valued, and supported. I’m here to help them become the best version of themselves.
